You may read, share and reference this site freely. You may not scrape it at scale, attempt to disrupt or break into it, or misrepresent it as your own work.

The Metaseti name, mark and wordmark, the written content and design of this site, and the product names Meta-Koda, Kinetik, Rackly and Amara with their marks and software, belong to PT. Metaseti Digital Indonesia.

Other companies' names and logos shown on this site belong to their owners and appear only to name the technology we work with.

Meta-Koda, Kinetik, Rackly and Amara are provided under a separate subscription or service agreement, which sets out the plan, fees, service levels and how client data is processed. Descriptions and screens of the products on this site are illustrative. Products marked Testing or Coming Soon are not generally available, and their features may change before release.

Where a product sends messages through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform, both the client and Metaseti must follow WhatsApp's business terms and policies — including honouring every customer's request to stop receiving messages.

In a Metaseti engagement, the client receives an exclusive, perpetual right to operate the delivered system for their business. The client owns their own data, content, media, customer records, domain, accounts and brand assets outright, and may export them at any time.

Metaseti retains ownership of the underlying codebase, frameworks and reusable engineering core used to build the system. This core is developed once and reused across engagements, which is what makes delivery fast and cost-effective. Nothing in this arrangement permits Metaseti to use a client's data, branding or confidential information for any other client.

Ownership of the codebase does not transfer to the client. Any variation — such as a source-code escrow arrangement — must be agreed in writing in the engagement's service agreement.

Systems we deliver run on infrastructure that carries an ongoing cost. Every engagement therefore includes an operations plan billed monthly — covering items such as domain registration, hosting or VPS, SSL certificates, databases, backups, monitoring, security patching and support, depending on the plan.

The scope and amount of the operations plan are itemised in your proposal before signature and do not change without your written agreement. If an operations plan lapses or is terminated, the infrastructure we operate on your behalf stops running; we will export your data and hand over your domain and accounts on request.

Figures shown or discussed before a signed proposal are indicative. The signed proposal is the binding statement of scope and price for that engagement.

This site links to services we do not control, WhatsApp and Instagram among them. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

This website is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent permitted by Indonesian law, our liability arising from use of this website is limited. Liability arising from an engagement or a product subscription is governed by its agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Jakarta.

We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page, and the updated terms apply to your use of the site from that date.
